Not posted here for a long while but today please let me recommend a Japanese promising combo The BROWN.
Saitoh.N, Takanori.Y, eye, and Atari.K (left to right) Official Website MySpace And my blog Felt they can be fit for Heavy but a bit so pop and catchy enough for Crossover too. Andy? Davidyam? |

Two albums:
1st Album "Struggle in a whirl" (2007) 1. Border 2. Cross Drawn by Finger 3. Vague Gray 4. In a Whirl 5. Light 6. Whereabouts of Rain 7. Today 8. Mosaic 9. Lost the Ring 10. Two Minds 11. The Leaf Changing 12. Burning Mirage 2nd Album "HELLO!! WHO ARE YOU?" (2009) 1. Day of end 2. Create the new world 3. Enemy 4. tragic prayer -Aesthetics of ruin- 5. In the cradle 6. Progressive town 7. Hunter 8. Puppet or me 9. Melody 10. Zigzag 11. Stray sheep 12. Pulsation From these samples, and the three on myspace, I think I'd be tempted to go with Crossover rather than Heavy...but it's a close call, and Andy may have other ideas.

there's a indi-rock alternative sound to those samples, didn't not hear the new ep.

^ Yeah, I heard this too, which is why I would tend to go with Crossover rather than Heavy Prog. Maybe Keishiro can provide you with something to listen to from 'MelloW'?
All I found was a video promoting the tour to support the new EP: And this short clip: |

They are very much in the school in TMV. While they could fit in crossover, they could just as easily fit in Heavy. One more vote and they're in.
