"Afer their debut with album Civilization in 1999 before the change direction from symphonic prog to folk-prog with the album Tierra, the Spanish band Seed releases the second album The Way. In this second album Seed approaches the atmospheres of Mike Oldfield and Camel of "Harbour of Tears". Another excellent album from this band"

Released 28 November 2013 on Mellow Records

"Bernardo Vasquez on drums and Ander Garcia on bass provided the counterpoint for the jazzing musical evolution of Jeronimo Martin and Jonathan Hurtado on piano and Mikel Piris on tenor sax. A real pleasure to the ears"

Released 03 December 2013 on Mellow Records

Javi Vega acoustic & electric guitar, luthe, piano, keyboards, bass, drums, pecussions http://www.mrjam.com/blog/133-las-canciones-de-los-profes/221-javi-vega

Seems to be decent music. I can hear heavy Oldfield influence and even the folky stuff reminds me of Colin Masson, so I'll shoot these guys over to crossover.

I am having real difficulties finding out any information about this band - apart from the line-up for each album. Their web site(s) that I have found appear dead, and no-one is responding to my emails at Mellow Records. I know when the album were recorded, and who plays on them, but that isn't really a biography in my book. Has anyone any ideas of how I can get some more information?

I just mailed to Mellow Records. Maybe I'll have better luck than you. Cheers!

Thanks for this - it is one label that I have never had much contact with, apart from a few albums sent to me in the Nineties, so any info you can get would be much appreciated.
