I love these old resurrected posts from before my time! What fun you must have had! Judging Fripp v Iommi must be like comparing Mother Teresa v Princess Di (did you ever have that poll?). I'll vote both as a nod to the wonderful diversity of rock music.

Both, of course. Love them both, even if they are so different from each other. I don't care about who is the more technically accomplished, or the more influential, of the two - I just know that their music speaks to me in a special way.
