Hi there, again!

You may have noticed we now do a run of one-album-specials, one each day. Today we have:

* Three Winters - Chroma
A new band featuring Lars Fredrik Frøislie from White Willow. It's out now on Termo Records, and available everywhere. Get a digital copy at Amazon MP3, or buy a physical one at our most trusted partners Just for Kicks and Beyond Rock, or Syn-Phonic, if you're in the States.

Don't forget that yesterday we had the new Threshold, and the day before that Lunatic Soul (Riverside).

Tomorrow we'll have a premiere! We won't say anything about it, except that Brett Kull from Echolyn is involved. Well, that's going to be a blast!

Enjoy Three Winters! We think it's excellent, very much worth your time and money.

Hi there,

This time a premiere, plus a revisit:

* Fractal Mirror - Garden Of Ghosts
This second album from this Dutch band is produced by Brett Kull (Echolyn) and mastered by Larry Fast. It's available starting TODAY, and you'll hear it first on Progstreaming.
Listen to this here: http://www.progstreaming.com.

Plus:

* Fractal Mirror - Strange Attractors
This first album is where it all started. It was a feature at Progstreaming a long time ago, and now we're revisiting it. Maybe you haven't discovered it yet. There's only a few copies left, and Beyond Rock is the cheapest. Grab them the minute you read it (or they will be gone). Order the new too, while you're at it.
Listen to this here: http://www.progstreamingclassic.com

Go and like, share, spread the word!

Enjoy the music!

Hi there,

Progstreaming has added 5 new streams, some of them quite heavy, yet all of them in a way, also quite delicate:

* Solstafir - Otta
* Nightingale - Retribution
* Ne Obliviscaris - Citadel
* While Heaven Wept - Suspended At Aphelion
* Scar Symmetry - The Singularity (Phase I, Neohumanity)

5 excellent releases from 3 major labels: Nuclear Blast, Season Of Mist and Inside Out Music.

Support these bands and labels. How?

* Invest time to listen.
* Give it a Facebook-'like' by pushing the small button under the artwork. The more likes, the more appeal to others.
* Copy the direct link on your Facebook-timeline. It will look really cute, with an artwork in place and all. Good promotion for your favorite band!
* Tweet about it. Yeah, Twitter is a becoming a bit like MySpace, slowly. But it's still effective, in a way.

Note that some of the older streams at the bottom will soon disappear. Steve Rothery will also be gone soon, but will return in January.

Oh, Progstreaming and Progwereld has joined hands and made a brand new site. Yet another site by which you can discover more progressive rock. It's called Progressive Chart, and it's in a way, a monthly poll. Check the current top 20, and then vote for the upcoming new list. Rules are simple. It's gotta be new and prog.

Anyway, visit and bookmark it here:
http://www.progressivechart.com

Enjoy the music!

Hi there,

Today, we have a real treat for those who like old-school progressive rock:

* United Progressive Fraternity (UPF) - Fall In Love With The World
This new band is not only featuring the bulk of former band Unitopia, but also guest appearances by Jon Anderson (ex-Yes) and Steve Hackett (ex-Genesis).

Isn't this a perfect album to vote at Progressive Chart. It's brand new, and you can find it here: http://www.progressivechart.com

Sorry to bother you again, but I think that's not my fault, but it's because there's SO MUCH GOOD STUFF coming out. Right now we've added:

Hi,

Here's an update on one of our many other streaming sites that might appeal to progressive rock-fans:

* Ellsworth Hall - Conversations With George Edgar Selby
It's out now on Melodic Revolution Records, and available through their Bandcamp and CD Baby (both digital and physical) as well as Amazon, iTunes, even Spotify.

It's really pretty.

Now I got your attention, Classical Streaming is on the look-out for new streams. If you happen to know a fellow musician who makes classical music, soundtracks, world-music, or anything you think could apply, give us a nod. Just reply on this e-mail, no problem. The official Classical Streaming e-mail is [email protected]. But it's me on both ends, and not burning.

Enjoy the music! Classical Streaming offers some awesome streams. I'm especially pleased with Orion Ensemble. And the Schubert disc by the late Rian de Waal.

Let's start the last month of December with a gift!

* Syncromind Project - Second
* Syncromind Project - Syncronized

As usual, you'll find the first at Progstreaming, the second at Progstreaming Classic.

Both are free downloads, in MP3 and FLAC. A donation is appreciated, but only if it's more than $ 1000 USD. Otherwise, don't bother. The same applies for Progstreaming itself, naturally.

Anyway, all jokes aside, the deadline for Progressive Chart has passed last night. You're too late! Or hell not, you can still vote, and your votes will be counted for the January-edition. So have you voted last week? Vote again at http://www.progressivechart.com.

Enjoy the music!

Hi there,

We got some new stuff for you!

* The Oneira - Hyperconscious
* Seconds Before Landing - Seconds Before Landing II
* Hekz - Caerus
* Uphill Work - Missing Opportunities (a free download!)

Remember the previous double-update, with Syncromind Project, was also a free download. Please support artists who do this. They might be the new KScope-signing for all you know. That actually happened to Iamthemorning (still at the bottom of the site, by the way).

Have you checked the brand new Progressive Chart, and have you already voted (again)? Here's what and how: http://www.progressivechart.com.

Click some Google adds today. It seriously adds up, and we need the support.

Enjoy the music!

Hi there,

How about this. Because of the success of both albums at Progressive Chart, we proudly present:

* IQ - The Road Of Bones
* Opeth - Pale Communion
at http://www.progstreaming.com

These are the current no. 1 & 2 in this month' Progressive Chart (www.progressivechart.com), presented by Progstreaming and Progwereld. Vote for the next edition! There's a brand new Top 20 of most popular prog every month!

For those of the many of you who've already purchased these two (hey, thanks, good one, etc.) we've made both Vinyl Streams. How slick we are! Opeth is a 2-LP, and IQ even put both discs of the special edition on 3 LPs. Be sure to grab those quickly, for a reprint is not likely, and with the Holidays coming up, the might sell good. And gosh, they're pretty. Just to hold in your hands is worth the money (while listening to it on your Spotify-playlist).

Oh, and this is also a good time to promote Progstreaming to that long last Genesis- and Yes-fan you know, that thinks progressive rock stopped at "Delicate Sound Of Thunder", and didn't produce anything worthwhile after.

Enjoy the music!

Hi there,

We proudly present the brand new album, plus a Progstreaming premiere,

of:

* Osada Vida - The After-Effect

It's out now on CD and digital album by Metal Mind Productions, and available at all good stores. Just follow the small red links, or the somewhat larger buttons below to order a copy. If you accidently click the Google add, we don't mind!

Progstreaming is fully supported by partners and advertising, so support our partners any way you can!

We have some big plans for 2015. Soon more about that. But first we will celebrate and revisit 2014. Soon.

Don't forget to listen to the new Kayak (more than 500 likes) and Andy Tillison (The Tangent, more than 300 likes).

Enjoy the music!

Hi there,

We hope you've had a good Christmas.

Today we bring you two excellent new releases on BTF/AMS:

Zuffanti and ZBand - Il Mondo Che Era Mio (Live In Studio)
La Nuova R.R.R. - Live in Elba
You can find both at Progstreaming Classic, that's http://www.progstreamingclassic.com.

Note also our HUGE Best of 2014-releases at Progstreaming HQ, with more than 30 streams of 2014, with Zuffanti on top!
So that's http://www.progstreaming.com

And last but not least, we'd like to tell you we've started yet another streaming site, our fifth actually. It's called Indie Streaming, and it features the latest and hopefully the best in indie and alternative rock and pop. It has releases by Shaking Godspeed, Mono, Peter Pan Speedrock, Birth Of Joy, Zammuto (that’s Nick Zammuto from the Books), Archive, Todd Tobias (of Guided By Voices-fame), Inventions (feat. members of Eluvium and Explosions In The Sky), Navarone, Petter Carlson, Kong, Halo Blind (feat. members of Mostly Autumn), Watter (feat. members of Grails and Slint), Product, I Fight Dragons, Mirna’s Fling, Creepers and Eluvium. Labels like Suburban Records, Temporary Residence, Tiny Room Records and Troll Music are involved in this early stage. Not bad, for a start-up without any funds, we think!
So, finally, that's http://www.indiemusicstreaming.com. It has its own newsletter, Facebook and Twitter, so make sure you get that too!

Enjoy the music!
