Chris, it's a single from the mid 1980's with Jon Anderson on vocals, this being their second collaboration. I really like it.

I have fond memories of Sheba from summer 1981 in Ottawa, where it was all over the great local FM station.  While his singles from the subsequent two albums were both hits in England, they were not popular in Montreal but were big hits in Ottawa, an indication of the power of FM radio back in the day.  Montreal's station had gone hard rock and Ottawa's was still more nuanced.
