"Considering "Eyes Wide Open To The Cloudless Sky" as a studio work (2008-2010), "U" is Velva Room's first record as a band. Formed in 2011 by guitarist / multi-instrumentalist Vicco, Her Shamanic Majesty Nathalia Romo de Vivar on drums & front-man Anton Cerda on bass, guitar, piano and vocals, while living together in Guadalajara during a re-conception of the project. The band collaborated with bassist / songwriter Apache O' Raspi for a few months: a period celebrated in their 2012 single "Pasos" (apacheoraspi.bandcamp.com/album/pasos). Soon after, Oby became the band's bassist and keyboardist in the 'Prev-U' Singles ("My Love" & "Kings To Blame"), as well as a period of one year throughout the making of "U". This is the record they finished together."

Velva Room :

Anton - Guitar, Bass, Piano & Vocals.
Vicco - Guitar, Bass & Ukulele.
Nathalia - Drums & Backing Vocals.
Oby - Bass, Guitar, Piano & Keyboards.

Apache O' Raspi - Vocals (Track 4: Waves).
Yalissa Cruz - Cello.
Ernesto Cano - Violin.
Santiago Cumplido - Horns, Choir & Backing Vocals (Track 1: Hyperactive Tony).

All songs written by Anton Cerda and arranged by Vicco, Oby and Nathalia Romo de Vivar. Choral arrangements in 'Hyperactive Tony' and additional orchestration of "Waves" by Santiago Cumplido.

Nice.
It sounds like crosover to me.  I'll inform the team.
Trust me. I know what I'm doing.

Cleared quite swiftly - not long after the suggestion was posted: http://progfreak.com/Velva-Room-158619.html?path=pa/recent. Anyone want to post a bio here to speed up the addition? - We have a little bit already in Sve's post, but any embellishments would be gratefully received I've no doubt. Embarrassed
