Probably true. I'm not French, by the way. I own no turtlenecks.

I used to think there actually IS a plateau to be reached - that someone has a evinced a musical opinion so outrageous that there is none to top it.

But this forum has proved me wrong.

It constantly surprizes me with the sheer fecundity of touted nonsense dressed up in goldleaf. And the posters so sure of their infallibility of taste/reason.

Been here about 10 days now.

Everyday seems to hold yet another height reached.

Music is like binary language: '1' is for good music, '0' is for bad music.

Most jazz albums can remove paint from a wall if played softly enough.

What I like the most in music is that absolutely nothing is crap.

The most popular music is always the most complex too, THIS is the answer why hip-hop will always be the most popular form of music all around the world.

Only English people can enjoy the Beatles. The rest of the world bought the records only to try to understand.

Prog fans don't like Rap & Hip-Hop because there are too much words in each song.

Non-French speaking fans of Magma don't know how much they are trolled by Vander and his band: kobaïan is nothing but a collection of sexual innuendo puns.

It is easier for a (f**king) camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for Genesis to be the most loved prog band everywhere, jesssuscrissst!

All prog fans are sophisticated musically and also socially, emotionally, politically and intellectually.

All DT lyrics are deeply poetic and deeply meaningful.  If you can't see that, you aren't understanding them yet.  Tongue
More heavy prog, please!

Prog musicians play in polyrhythms because they're bad at maths and can't count.

The "prog-folk" label is a scam and a plot to make us listen to the music of some pot smokers, bongo players and ecologist hippies.

Jazz-Rock. The stuff for white people who can't understand neither funk, nor free jazz, not even be bop.

Black people are bad at playing the saxophone.
