LOL! I've been sitting on this one for a few days now, and it's actually just been add to progfreak for evaluation in Neo anyway...but never mind - for the rest of us who don't have access to the goings on in the collab zone:

At the end of 1993, five musicians met up in Bremerhaven with a common interest in music by bands like Marillion, Pink Floyd and Genesis. This gave rise to a band that, despite several line-up changes, has remained true to its roots and stuck to its original concept - to make their own music that does not follow any trends and hypes, but is unashmedly influenced by art rock in the style of the late 70s and early 80s.

In 1997 they released their self-produced debut CD "Behind The Mirror", a concept album that deals with the emotions of a woman who killed her own children for a new lover and dealing with her husband's feelings. In 2010, however, the band temporarily broke up after the drummer and keyboard player both left.

Bass/keyboard player Dirk Berger has led Seasons Of Time ever since its inception, and is the sole remaining original member. Finally, with a new line-up, their new CD "Closed Doors to Open Plains" has been released (February 2014) via Progressive Promotion Records.
