Dead

Yes they be...my Saints have had issues since game 1....The offense is asleep, the D is in need of a makeover...small DB's are thing of the past.
Why the O game plan has not been including Graham till late in the games is beyond me...ohh and it is time to see about cashing in on Ingram for some D players. The Ingram project is done....

Although if they can get back on track they still can win the NFC South, 9 or 10 wins might get it.

Saints sux right now...

Was there a large turnover on the defensive side of the ball? Because that D could be pretty fierce last year. They don't seem to have retained any of the toughness, tackling ability, or talent they had last year.

AAnd of course, they should have never given up sproles, esp for a sh*t round draft pick.

But good point at the end there...the south is wide open and all four teams have holes everywhere.

Good to see some life from Aaron Rodgers. Also good to see the Patriots become more of a non factor. Sea Hawks have a bi week, little early in the season but its all good.

I'm nervous though. Will the Patriots do this coming weekend what the Packers did two days ago? I am a bit worried it could happen, and their defense is better than the Packers too.

On the other hand, the Bengals' defense is proving to be suffocating. I hope we didn't lose that momentum over the bye week.

Good Lord!  Thursday night games are proving to be hideous, half time is 28 - 0.  Not really pulling for either team, just want to see a good game.  Seems the NFL marketing money machine is starting to take a turn....

To be fair, they do TRY to find good matchups. Often on paper I get them, rivalry games or potentially good ones but ya know, these seasons take so many turns and surprises, injuries etc what can ya do?

But this was never gunna be a good one LOL

I am not worried about NE.
Bengals do look good, I really would not be surprised to see them and Denver in the AFC game!

I think Denver/Arizona could be intriguing. A true test for the Cards

I don't know if i'd go that far with the last statement. Obviously tons of commercial $$$ still being made and tickets wise the stadiums seem to be doing well, at least from the TV view.

But true about them being terrible to watch. JJ's point is a good one...divisional games I think are the way to go...those games can be complete toss ups, given a full complement on both sides. I don't think this game would have been as bad if Ponder didn't have to start. But GB still should've had it.

Next week has a similar potential with Indy @ Houston. The good news is it isn't in Indy where Houston is yet to win, so it may be close somewhere in there.

Was an uninspired first half, complete with many foot bullets, things slowly churned through the second half for a nice win. Pass rush woke up and offense got a bit more on sync.
In his first ever game Beckham showed off his deep threat ability and caught a nice TD so hoping he becomes a major weapon.

Kudos to Giants defense for at least being clutch...they were burned alot 1st half but did make 2 stops within the 20s and kept a lid on things. I never did like "bend but don't break" but hey, won't knock it.

Kyle Orton leads Buffalo to a victory, Cleveland tops Tennessee and N'arlins has some big issues.

Great game tonight, and by that I mean I am hoping for a Cincy smothering!

I'm glad I'm mostly a fan of New Orleans for fantasy reasons. If I was a true fan I'd be pretty upset with eking out a victory over the Yucs.

Also, detriot fans, I suggest you flood management with requests to sign Prater immediately.

I'm glad I napped during the Jets game, I would've anyway! 31-0....good lord talk about offensively inept.
The Geno vitriol will be spewing this week. The parts I saw (quarter and a half) were pretty painful...

The one year I don't have D Thomas....226 yds and 2 TDs?? WTF.
Seems Arizona may be legit, but they can't roll with the big dogs. What a beating.

Oh no, prime time in NE, guess it's time for them to randomly not suck Cry NOW Brady decides he actually wants to play?  lol

Trust me, it's at the top of our wish lists right now, along with a new O line.  Six sacks is unacceptable.  I went from a perfect Sports Sunday last week to a terrible one today. Unhappy

The News has reported that Henery drove into the Detroit River on his way out of town... Yes folks, he was wide right.

Holy crap, I just laughed out loud! LOL

I'm hoping they get somebody that wasn't a throwaway somewhere else, aside from Prater (his drinking issues).

I just saw that Connor Barth, Prater, and Jay Feely are being worked out by the team.

Prater is obviously the choice out of those IMO.

^Yes, definitely.  Just keep the mini fridges away from him and he might be okay.  Or who knows, maybe he's better when sloshed.

Surprising, the Detroit O line has been one of the best pass blocking in recent years. Have there been changes? Or just a bad game or 2? They have played some tough defenses.

Hmmmm despite looking awful this game is shockingly close. I've seen a lot of penalties and miscues from Seattle, seems this has held them back. Cmon Seattle you can NOT let Washington winLOL get it together

Yeah, Seattle tried to make it interesting as possible with it's boatload of penalties and hilarious 3 ghost touchdowns to Percy.

Thankfully the Redskins are ass.
