There was certainly more luck involved than in the AFC game

Not looking forward to all the hype going into the Super Bowl. I think The Patriots will give the Hawks a better game than Denver did last year. Green Bay played tough and I think making a scapegoat out of Bostick on the on side kick was wrong. The real scapegoat should have been the head coach of the packers.

Unbelievable throw away by the Packers there.  Credit to the Seahawks who dominated for the last 5 mins though and that was enough.

I can't believe:-

1.  MM opted for field goals twice when inches out from the goal line.
2.  Burnett slid when he caught Wilson's 147th interception, he could have gone in for a TD.
3.  The Pack didn't utilise the passing game in Q4 (which had worked well the rest of the game)
4.  Clinton Dix (who otherwise had a stellar game) decided to ball watch on the 2pt conversion
5.  Bostick had a rush of blood, rather than leaving the onside kick to the safe hands of Nelson
6.  The Packers played sensational defense for 55 mins (that's about 54 mins more than usual)

You would think Seattle can't play as badly again (or am I not giving the Packers enough credit there?) but if they do any team coached by Belichik will take full advantage.

^ The other thing I can;t believe is that they didn't throw at Sherman when he was injured at the end of the game.

But...I think most would agree these are the best two teams in the league...and assuming the Hawks don't come out dead again it should be an interesting superbowl if nothing else.

Yeah, that's something I forgot to mention too.  Well pointed out.

Even though my team is out I think this will be a great Superbowl. Seattle is a worthy favourite but I expect a close one.

I feel like even if the Patriots win, this SB will be tainted for them no matter what.  One that will have an * by it for a lot of people.

^ Meh. I don't see this as that big of deal.

They played better in the second half with fully inflated footballs at any rate. I know I know...intent. But still...

All this does IMO is gives more reasons for people to hate the pats to hate the pats.

Any predications for the game?

Score, winner, color Gatorade on winning coach, # of Lynch's crotch grabs, etc...

I just have a feeling that the Patriots will get the win tomorrow, unfortunately.  I really want Seattle to repeat, but I just have a bad feeling about it.

I'll guess 27-17, Patriots.

And Aaron Rodgers in the league MVP.  Honestly, and this coming from a Lions fan, he's completely deserving of it.  Without him, the Packers are maybe an 8-8 team, at best.  Best QB in the league, IMO.

I would have voted for Watt, but I view the MVP different than the AP seems to do.

No doubt about the last sentence though. Can't argue too much with him getting it really.

I actually have no strong feeling here. I don't think any sort of conventional outcome (ie, a blowout or a close game) would surprise me. Ditto for team. I feel like the Seahawks should be favored but it's hard to think the pats will stay down if they get down. And if Kam is actually injured from that late week knee boo-boo...that'd be a huge momentum swing for the pats.

I'll say Hawks 24, Pats 21...but again...I think anything can happen.

Also, I definitely think there will be Beast mode crotch grabs.

I keep waffling back and forth on who will win, sort of pulling for the Hawks even though Lynch's antics irritates me, but Wilson's attitude makes up for it.
Predictions:
Coin toss - tails (not sure who home team is)
27 - 24 Patriots (another coin flip)
Dark blue gatorade dumped on Belichek
2 crotch grabs by Lynch
12 hour ridiculous half time show
100 terrible commercials and 1 good one
