A Big Goodbye, the southern US-based heavy prog outfit, will be releasing their new album "History in Rewind" on April 11. Guitarist Matt Glisson says:

"We're pleased to announce the upcoming release of History In Rewind, A Big Goodbye's 2nd album, on Shaped Note Records. It will hit digital stores on April 11 and be in print shortly after. The album is somewhat heavier and more experimental than Sounds & Silences, with me writing on the 7-string guitar and also introduced Andrew as a writer on piano. It's a concept album that deals with death and the emotions felt when you lose someone. There's time travel, Nazi secret weapons, Egyptian mythology, wormholes, romance, quantum physics and even bossa nova. We even re-tracked 3 songs from Sounds & Silences that are part of this story, so the album is 15 action packed tunes and over 70 minutes of music. We're so excited to share this with you all.
