One of my favorite modern bands. March of Ghosts was a big favorite from them so i was curious if they would continue that shorter song structure on this release. Whether or not it's a good thing yet is up to more listens, but they've returned to their Night/Tick Tock album style. Here we get three long(er) songs and a short one that make up the album.

Has anyone listened? I'm currently listening to the opening track, I've Been Walking Pt.1 and it's fabulous Gazpacho material. The album can be listened entirely here..

Fans of Big Big Train should check these guys out.

Yeah I love these guys also, not heard Demon yet. Tick Tock hard to beat! I have been watching quite a few of their YT clips and have just got the album Night. If you like these guys also check out the Norwegian band Soup who are on PA.

Listened to it on progstreaming a few days ago.  Lovely.  Hope to find it at my local store soon.  Otherwise will order it online somewhere.

Borscht is another band I'd imagine would go right down with you guys, if you don't mind the slightly more Eastern European flavour.

Loved Night, Tick Tock and Missa Atropos. Heard Demon twice now, but it really hasn't convinced me. Must go at it again.

I am really enjoying this album although I'm not sure about the comparison to Big Big Train. This is a lot more on the ambient side of things with nothing that could be called Symphonic to me. I love it though. Going to be one of my early contenders for album of the year.

Gazpacho is fantastic. Night is still the album I like the most.
When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.

Yes, a big fan of Gazpacho, the new album is recommended but not outstanding. Missa Atropos is my favourite.

Thank you for the tip to listen to 'SOUP', some decent 'new' music to listen to.

Been listening to SOUP over the last day - I am impressed. Children of E.L.B. is a cracker. Their other releases are good but Children of E.L.B. is another level.

If you like modern prog with a bit of atmosphere SOUP is worth checking out. As an album reviewer in the archives comments, a mix between Anathema and The Pineapple Thief.

Loved Missa Atropos and March of Ghosts, but Demon, is on another level I thought it was beyond brilliant. I've been walking (both parts) and Death room are amazing.

Their album from this year is fantastic too bad i can't find it flippin anywhere.

Also my favorite song of Demons is by far I've Been Walking Part 1. The Wizard song just throws off the whole album though, so disappointing.
