SILENT GRACE was formed in early 2007.

 "
We've never had a question , what style to play ... from the outset it was clear that it would be progressive , art rock , or something like that. Not as important as a genre of music called . Everything is relative and conditional ... If we talk about the creativity and its orientation is likely to commit this kind of feelings, experiences , ups and downs - what comes from the inside by the sound waves are reflected in the heart of the listener , it can make an unwitting participant in a certain internal action. And it does not matter how accurate our presentation , we are investing in contact with the perception of other people. Important for us to make music has left its mark . To listen to the moment was the moment of sincerity, when there is the need to explain that either . It is no great revelation , if we say that to a greater extent Compose for yourself. But if there are people who will like our work , we are doubly happy!" - http://silentgrace.wix.com/silentgrace (Google translate)

At the concert, there was another musician - keyboardist. By the way, only he and viola player Natalia have classical music education - they are graduates of Odessa Conservatory. The remaining members of the band - a self-taught

Also, as a supplement to speech, the scene on the screen was supposed to be a certain visuals complementing musical performance, but due to technical problems, video installation failed.

another Svetonio's nice suggestion, though overlooked.
or ignored? yes i know that here are all volunteers [including also those long term suggesters] but since April 2014, when this brilliant band was suggested for database, it was quite enough time for the PA' Eclectic prog team gentlemen to write something in this thread.

Strange that this band has been ignored for so long, from the samples they definitely seem fit for the site...

We'll check them out.

I don't think the band was ignored but there is a good chance Svetonio was. Back then he was suggesting 3-4-5 bands a day. He wouldn't slow them down or help with any of them, so I gather people just got fed up with him and ignored the incessant suggestions waves.

Interestingly, the videos that started this thread showed a female violin (viola?) player at least two tracks (Another Autumn, Through the Years).  She is not present on the studio album (Through the Years).  Her parts evidently replaced by guitar and/or keys... http://silentgrace.bandcamp.com/album/through-the-years

IMHO, her absence makes the overall work much less "proggy".  Just sayin'...

Please bear with us until then!
