Richard would have been a great choice.

Suprised to see no Lee on this list

Hmm, tough, for playing Bruce or Wetton, for singing Lake or Sting.

For being a pompous ass, Sting by a mile

I'll vote Phil Lynott, not prog in any way, but there ya go

Wetton or Bruce.

Tough choice indeed......for actual bass playing  Bruce , Wetton , Sting , and Lake .
For vocals....Lake, Bruce, Sting, Wetton.
Overall I think Bruce  and Sting are the most talented when it comes to writing, playing, and singing.
One does nothing yet nothing is left undone.

I went with JB.
As far as lead vox and bass players go, Mariusz Duda is the man.

I don't recall Jack Bruce, but from the other 3 my favourite one for bass playing is John Wetton, but he is my least favourite on vocals. For vocals, I really like Lake and Sting a lot, though I might go for Lake just because of his performance on Epitaph.
