Found this online and figured it would be worth sharing:

Not sure what to expect (whether it's a prog project or not), but everyone involved has played with TMV either on album or live before. Either way, I'm happy to see they've started collaborating again! Smile

I wonder why they got back together ... and under a different moniker.

I speculate based on the nature of the clips I heard that it's because they're planning on going in a different direction from the one they took with TMV. They're too small to judge what that direction will be as of yet, though.

TMV's life ended. A new band needed to be made.

I was watching these things yesterday and was very excited. My two favorite musical people out there.

Their first single "4AM" is out now on Itunes.

This is more alternative music and I don't think it will sound like the mars volta, hence the new band name.

Still I will look foward to that new album

Hey, cool. Flea is also in.

I like that they're harkening back to their punk roots, and the single was a lot less scattered than all the post TMV projects so far. Still, I wasn't too fond of it on first listen.

Unimpressed...another lackluster bridge to the past a la Bosnian Rainbows (who i think are even worse) and let's not even mention that Frusciante project; shudder.
