I have owned my copy of Tonight by David Bowie for nearly a year now. I bought it in a little record shop last year on "record store day", and I have loved it ever since the first time I heard it. Sure, there are a few tracks that aren't Heroes standard, but I cannot for the life of me understand how the prog community aren't nuts for the atmospheric pop on this album.

Tonight? Thoughts? Feelings?
I am currently digging:

Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz!

Please drop me a message with album suggestions.

Tonight- 69 ratings.....2.09.

I enjoyed Bowie back in his prime, and up to Scary Monsters (1980), a very good LP, .......after that not so much.
One does nothing yet nothing is left undone.

Actually I much more prefer a non-album single 'Absoulte Beginners' released as a bonus track on 'Tonight' CD reissue. There is a bunch of nice songs like 'Loving the Alien' on the LP, but I feel like it's one of the weakest Bowie albums in the whole discography.
This night wounds time.
