Genesis because you must like them, and that you must enjoy 5.1 remix and for the additional concert footage, rare tracks and new interviews. And if you have 110$...

Another vote for the Genesis 1970-1975 box set. It's a thing of beauty really. I don't own the Pink Floyd Discovery set, but already own too many copies of the individual releases. That Magma set looks enticing but oh that price! Can't say I'm fond of Rush's early period, but do enjoy their late 70s and mid 80s output. Anything with Yes and King Crimson, I'd about buy right away. I would say, however, that the 30th Anniversary releases of King Crimson are a better investment. As for the Yes, there's a complete studio box set 1969-1987 out that's quite nice despite the rather flimsy sleeves that house the albums, but I would say it's a better investment than the In A Word set.

I tend not to buy box sets as they are expensive if you already have most or all of the albums. I have made an exception for all the Miles stuff and my fave is probably the Complete Columbia album Collection in the mini card sleeves.
Both Genesis Archive Box Sets (1967 - 1975 and 1976 -1992)
ELP - From The Beginning (includes most of Mar Y Sol 1972 festival appearance)
Eloy - The Legacy Box (includes interviews in German but with English sub titles plus some great live footage)
Highly recommended. There's a fair amount of previously unreleased material to enjoy including an odd song called Oh My Father which appears to have been a Tarkus outtake (and sounds very similar in feel to Hey Joe, so was this a tribute to the recently deceased Hendrix and/or the singer's Dad?)

Everyone has listed single band sets but I quite like the various artist collection that came out some years back...even though no KC, Camel, Soft Machine or Floyd were on the set due to licensing issues. It has nice packaging, art work by Dean, band pics, and a nice booklet.

^ Like the Beatles, and to a lesser extent Led Zep, it would be unusual for Floyd to appear various artists compilation albums, even those put out by EMI. To my knowledge it has only happened twice - the first being "Embryo" on an EMI-harvest compilation called Picnic - A Breath of Fresh Air, and the second I believe was "Welcome To The Machine" on a charity compilation compiled by members of Led Zep.
For a devout Yes non-completist like myself, this box set was a pretty good buy at the time:
