Hello fellow Proggers!
Recently I discovered this very interesting and enjoyable quiz about Progressive Rock.
Maybe some of you already know about it, but maybe don't.
Today I wrote a post on my blog for this quiz, so if you want take a look at:
http://gfreedomathina.blogspot.gr/2014/05/the-progressive-rock-quiz.html
You can also visit the quiz page through my blog.
I think you SHOULD give it a try!
Good luck! :)
Thanks.
P.S: I hope you will enjoy it as much as i did... Wink

According to this quiz I am 53% progressive. Not too bad since I guessed on most of the questions. It refers to a lot of bands whose music I do not know and some of which I had never heard of before.

50%. Impressive considering I guessed on a lot of those. There's some real obscure stuff in there.

Exactly this right down to the percentage. I'm actually pretty happy with it, all things considered! Smile

If i'm not mistaken you you should check Rolling Stones' 'RnR Circus'
I think it's the only recorded material with Iommi playing with Jethro Tull...

43 % meh I'm only 23 and my pockets are not even close to deep enough to go into most of these obscure bands. I will finish getting the main albums from all the well known bands before I start looking at other stuff. And of course check out stuff that has suddenly leapt into the top 100 (looking at you IQ)!

OK 8. What album did Yes record as a follow up to '90125'? is NOT a progressive rock question!!! Angry

Five definite strike outs or lucky strikes so far... LOL

Hmm 43%  That's about the percentage of artists that I actually knew anything about.  I am of course much much much more progressive than that and could dish out questions to the questioner...

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
