Here's another poll from me that related to the Altrock label:

Which of those incarnation do you prefer: Rational Diet, the Mother band from Belarus, or one of the two splits: Five story ensemble, or Archestra?

my taste lean heavlly toward Five Story Enemble and their first album Not That City. Such a beauty, clarity, excellent musicianship - particuly I enjoyed from the Oboe, and male and female vocals.

Rational Diet  "on Phenomena and existences" is recently spining a lot on my CD. I must say these guys are Utterly tallented. What detract me a little bit is the over-dense and a bit of 'organization' problems, on some compositions. Still, one of the finest music I've listened to in the past few years.

I'm not familiar (yet) with Archestra work. Since their album so the light under 'Soleil Mutant' lable, is it got more Zueholic touch? Anyway, from the samples I've heard, It maybe less fit to my personal taste. Not to say it is a bad music, on the contrary. Once again - These guys are utterly tallented.

for now, Archestra is featured at PA. the Five story ensemble is NOT featured right now, and you can read about that in the following thread:

Either RD or FSE, what I heard from the Archestra was annoying as I recall.

I have only the albums from the "child" bands; of them I much prefer Five Storey Ensemble.  Who really should be listed on PA!!
