Presto is an album not often mentioned or discussed by Rush disciples. I bought it when it was released in 1989 and thus I can say it stood the test of time for me.

Show Don't Tell is the only track I can recall from it. Haven't listened to it for years.

Not an album with many memorable songs. In fact quite disappointing. But the title track is still worth a vote.

The Pass, don't care much about the rest. One of the weakest releases in Rush discography.

Indeed. Very simple but still emotional guitar solo. Even better than Limelight in that respect I believe.

I give the edge to The Pass, just over Presto and Available Light.

There are a number of good, memorable songs on this album, and it is a unique hybrid of their harder and poppier styles. I vote The Pass.

Their only good album after Grace although the drums could sound better.

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.

This was my first "new" Rush album and it is quite special for me.  I love pretty much everything about it.  I am giving Anagram (For Mongo) its first vote.  This song may just about have the most clever lyrics ever written with its use of Anagrams throughout the entire song.  Could just be because I am a fan of word games.  LOL  Anyhow, could just have easily have voted for Show Don't Tell, The Pass, War Paint, Scars, Presto, or Hand Over Fist; gotta love a song that was meant to be an instrumental, which incorporates the gist of the game Rock, Paper, Scissors into the lyrics.  With the advent of Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock this song is ready for an update.

I made up a variation of that game modeled after our three cats, nicknamed Lump, Rail, and Puddle.  Lump bends Rail, Rail crosses Puddle, and Puddle sinks Lump.  Lump is a fist, Rail is the index finger, and Puddle is a flat hand.
This was a long time ago, but I just remembered it now.

Presto's a pretty nice album. I've only heard it a few times, so I put it on again to decide. Chain Lightning always stood out to me. I'm surprised it hadn't gotten any votes yet.
