I didn't even have time to properly comment on my own poll so thanks for bringing it up again Dave, I know how much you love that Vannier album but I didn't think you'd vote for it over Prat!
Thanks everyone for voting, this is very close and quite surprising too. Eventually I picked Halloween, I'm just crazy about this album and the fact that it's so obscure makes me want to vote for it again if I could |

I'm with Greg on this (although that Zaar album keeps alluding me). Vannier for me as well. L'Enfant Assassin des Mouches is a high water mark for French experimental music imho.

Vannier for me; I adore that album. It's one of my very favourite albums. Prat's Masal would my second choice, followed by Zaar.

It's between Zaar, Vannier and Pratt. I decided to give Zaar a vote. Hurdy Gurdy rock n' roll !

Unless it's a tie I had a feeling you'd go for Vannier, a very unique and eclectic album, that combination of orchestra and prog rock full of oddly ideas is just superb, gorgeous sound too ha? |

I honestly didn't expect that... I haven't listened to this album in a few years now, I remember it definitely had some good moments but I also recall a bad production that brought the music down a bit, though now I'm curious how would it sound after all these years. |

Really good stuff here and again hard to choose. I think for me it's down to Halloween and Jean-Paul Prat.
I couldn't find any samples for Halloween which is a real shame, this album needs to be heard! Any of you who uses spotify can check this album. Vote away...
