Just curious as to how old members are on here and maybe see if I can figurer out if there is an average age. This is just for fun. I tend to think most prog fans are a bit on the older side so I want to see if my assumption is correct or not.

Did you discover this genre through your parents?

15 years, 1 month & 1 day old; like fudgenuts, mainly 70's (to the present day for those bands) stuff along with a little modern stuff here and there as well.

I have almost forgotten doing it!

It looks like I might be the oldest on here at 64.

I just turned 59.  I saw CTTE tour in 1972, Relayer in 1973, LTIA tour in 1973 etc.

I've met Fripp, Wakeman, Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Alan White, Bill Bruford.....just about anyone I ever wanted to meet.

Age doth have its advantages.
