Two iconic albums but only one can be the winner.

Love The Beatles deeply but it's no match. Dark Side.

Both are inconsistent but have their share of great songs. A tie for me. In other words, no vote.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Both are 'coming of age' albums but The Beatles album has more colour and vibrancy for me. Parts of DSOTM are truly great but the whole thing never came together in my mind. Its meant to be something more than a collection of songs yet that Is all it is to me. The Beatles on the other hand created a feeling of entering a show and it feels like a 'performance' with a beginning and an end.

Dark Side, but this is a rather close call.

I was brought up in the age of The Beatles but I never really "got" them then and still don't now.
So it has to be Floyd.

Eh, Dark Side, even though Money is a terrible song. Beatles sound trite to me now, and I hate most 60's production.

DSOTM. Sgt Pepper was clearly groundbreaking and has some great moments, but the overall feel of the album annoys me in equal measure. I don't care if I never hear it again.

I like Sgt Pepper a lot, but Dark Side is one of the best albums ever made.

Went with the Beatles......after all these years it's still a seminal lp for me and frankly I'm tired of Floyd.

Just a few minutes ago I debated whether to listen to Sgt. Pepper's or Magical Mystery Tour. I opted for the latter, which shows that I am not quite in tune with this particular thread. Both are among the best albums ever made. I am glad there was no "Both" or "Neither" option. Vote one or the other, no compromise. I voted Beatles. If I was playing Floyd, anything, I may very well have voted for them.
