First vote for William. While it is not my favorite album on the list, that would be The Lamb, nor my second, which is The Wall, I find him in the most intriguing situation. Rael comes next. Pink's story is fascinating as well, but he's kind of a jerk.

I think the Rake is a more interesting character than William in Hazards of love. I can't speak for Cerpin Taxt because while I love TMV I don't have a clue about what's going on in their albums. Ziltoid is basically a cartoon character but a pretty amusing one at that.
Well it comes down to Rael and Pink. Hm. Its difficult to separate favorite character from favorite album

There is no Rake on this poll but there is a Rael

Yeah, I'm a huge fan, Devin has been talking about a sequal for years, I'd say that 'I can't wait' though I've managed to wait so far so emperically I can wait.

From what I understand from the stories, I'm not particularly fond of the characters from The Wall, The Lamb, nor Tommy, I guess.

Love Rael and The Lamb story - you feel much more empathy for him than any other concept album IMO. Pink is a bit lifeless really, no big passion in there for me. Ziltoid's pretty funny too | This. Rael was a personality. Pink was exposed to stuff and went through a bundle of attitudes, but no real personality ever came out.

Pink from The Wall.
