Hansson captured a mysticism inherent in Tolkein's great work through atmosphere, tone, and mood. As a special note, I am somewhat familiar with Eberhard Weber's work but not this particular album.
According to PALord of the Rings was released in 1972and Sagan om Ringen  as released in 1970There are two very different covers.Lord of the Rings has 101 ratings and wouldn't qualify for this poll based on that. Are these actually the same album?

Indeed, they are the same. As I understand it, the first release was in Sweden only and all the titles were in their original Swedish. The second release was apparently international and in English. The music is all instrumental of course, so that makes no difference. The website for Hansson's label, Silence, lists the two titles side by side in one edition and features the 1970 Swedish cover. I do not speak or read Swedish, but had noticed that there are the same number of tracks, and the same track features Elrond's name. Also, I know enough about Scandinavian languages to see that Sagam an Ringen essentially means "Saga of the Rings," which seems an appropriate alternate to "Lord of the Rings." This complicates the nature of the poll, does it not?

I don't know all the albums, but that Deja Vu album is one of my favorites and it got my vote.

there is a little typo in the poll; the name of the Eden album is not "Erwatung" (which is not really a German word, but if it were it would mean "Awading") but "Erwartung", which means "Expectation"

This poll came out when I was taking a break from the site, methinks.

There are a number of albums I love here, but I adore Zanov's Green Ray.
