Hi folks, for a limited time (until the end of the month) all readers on this site get 30% off our Trip Hazard album if you enter the code

progressive

when buying the album. This makes it $6.86, £4.19 UK, which ain't bad, I suppose ! ;-)

Basically, think "Hawkwind meet Tangerine Dream in a lift". It's psychedelic / prog / kraut rock. The whole album can be previewed on Bandcamp, and we hope you enjoy it. Back to full price at the end of September.

Cheers

This is excellent, great music wonderfully played, the sax and guitar work so well against the crafty meld of Teutonic influences it brought a cheery smile to my otherwise grumpy face.

I seldom recommend music, but go listen to the stream on Bandcamp and judge for yourselves. I love it.

Hi Infocat, unfortunately "not at the moment". If the fan base were bigger, I'd be happy to offer CD's, tapes, vinyl etc, but the problem is that I'd currently have to offer any media other than downloads at high prices, as it's a big financial gamble. I don't want anyone ripped off, not that I'm in this for the money, so future CD's (etc) are contingent on people downloading the current music in the first place. And you can always print off the covers which are included in the download. ;-)

"Support your local musician", basically. Oh. You're in Colorado. Not so local, then. ;-)

PS I do supply artwork on the download, by the way. ;-)
Part of the fun of being in a band nowadays is that you get to (figuratively) make all your own dresses. ;-)

I strongly echo these sentiments. Folks with a penchant for early TD, although handed over to the listener as something wholly original, should definitely take a chance with this thingClap
I am completely smitten by this album. Thanks a bunch Dave!

Have you ever thought about including something like Indian tablas in your sound. Not necessarily played like a Bollywood movie but slow and pensive, maybe with some belching tabla booms from the bass drum - you know the one that has the same effect as a tangible water droplet, if that makes any sorta sense. I don't read music.

Funny you should mention that..... I'm just finishing off a track for the next album and doumbeks (basically a Tabla) make an appearance. Will send you a pre production copy when it's done ! ;-)

Offer closed now - no takers !!!!!

Hi again Dave
I played your album last night, must've been 3 in the morning actually. I was out walking, trying to clear my head of a paper I've been toiling with the past couple of weeks. I guess my brain was still cracking numbers... Anyway, it was a wonderful little stroll, and that huge main piece just drifted by me like some bubbling Persian carpet voyage. Just epic.
It's a little sad that there has been no takers in your free collaboration thread - I'd love to hear that!
PA have tried before with a band called Russian Teacakes. I'm not really sure what happened with that.
