For some reason I could never get into Gryphon, maybe I oughta try a different album.

Comus gets my vote just a little before amazing Shub Niggurath.

Gryphon. Shub is just a bit too dark for my taste and I have an ambivalent opinion about Comus.

They are listed in my order of preference.

Haven't heard Comus and SN, so I can't vote for Gryphon ... yet.

I Heart Shub Niggurath
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Gryphon>SN>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Comus.

I don't want to leave any doubt about my feelings about Comus.

I made a folk mix CD once that included Comus' The Herald, Gryphon's version of The Unquiet Grave, and some Linda Perhacs, Tea and Symphony, Forest and Vashti Bunyan.
