Hoping for a fast and painless recovery.
When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.

Luckily, minor heart attacks are usually easy to recover from.

Best of health, andy.
Trust me. I know what I'm doing.

Latest update from Sally Collyer -

"Dear all, this is just a quick update - I have spoken to Andy this morning and he is doing well although understandably he is very tired, he is likely to be having a simple op within the next couple of days to get him up and running again. We have both been blown away by the number of messages and well wishes and I want you to know that he has read them all as he can see FB on his screen and that they have been a great comfort to him smile emoticon I'm sorry that it is impossible for me to reply to everyone but our love and huge thanks to you all and I will keep you updated on his progress here xXx"

Oh jeez, love Andy, he's like the BritProg Savior.   Young, too.   My utmost best to him, hoping for a full recovery.

Yikes. AT least it seems like a minor incident that will just be a small bump in the road.

Heres to a speedy recovery. Hug

An update on FB from Andy (sorry, this is a couple of days old now but I haven't had a chance to post it before)

"Hey - First time back on FB for a while and first time "at home" for a week and more. It's been quite a ride, not one I wanted to take but experience is a long road with some amazing places at unexpected moments. Thankyou so much to everyone who thought to post their good wishes for my heart troubles both here and on the Andy Tillison page. Your kind words and positive vibes were genuinely a source of strength both to me and Sally. I will never be able to reply to them all personally - but I will have a good try that may last a long time. As you may anticipate, I have a lot of things I'll want to tell you about this whole thing. Just for now it's great to have made it back home. There is more work to do on the old ticker but I'm in the hands of some great great people called the NHS in whom I have a lot of faith.Much love to everyone from Sally and I, and I promise I will write more soon. Thankyou again"

Hope Andy's continuing to feel better.   How appropriate that National Health Service is part of the picture.

Dear all, thanks so much for all your well wishes, I have just got back from the hospital and Andy is doing well, he has been walking around the ward and making friends with the tropical fish. Hopefully I will be bringing him home tomorrow and I'll keep you all updated of course - love to our Tangent family from us both xXXx
