Fox Owl Crow is a five-piece band formed in Dublin, in 2013. At 27 September, 2015, they released debut s/t cd with 12 songs, mostly inspired by ghostly stories. The members are Suzanne McEnaney (vocals, bass, dulcimer), Frieda Freytag (cello, piano), Sebastian Boes (percussion, hammered dulcimer), Mercedes Trinchero (violin) and Carol Faherty (vocal).
i suggested them to PA Prog Folk section due to that haunting atmosphere, odd time signatures and their unusual instruments.

Yup, Shaanxi province. Love the food here and seem to gain a good 2-3 Kgm every time I come here. It's moon cake season too which makes this even more challenging - lamb hotpot and a couple moon cakes with tea is a great way to finish the day :-)

BTW am flying home and very grateful for a seat upgrade and wifi. Been listening to these guys for about a half-hour now and they clearly belong in our world. I'll post a note to Ken and Sean Trane now.
