Byrne + Eno = sonic paradise

That whole album's a wild, surreal, and strangely danceable sampledelic avant-wave masterpiece.

I would recommend that you revise the title to be more specific...
I got this album when it was new and later a CD copy and most recently the expanded remaster.  I like this album much better than Everything That Happens Will Happen Today.  Much more interesting.  Also of note - the song Qu'Ran was left off of the 2006 release so now I have to keep the old CD.  Also of interest are the guest musicians even though each only show up on one or two tracks. - Chris Franz, Robert Fripp, Busta Jones, Bill Laswell, Mingo Lewis, Steve Scales, David van Tieghem.  Those are the only ones whose names I recognize.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

My favourite one at the original 1981 LP. All album is great ambient rock, but that one, and Regiment, sounds best for me.

Some of this reminds me of Radiohead.

To answer the poll question: good.
