So, I agree with you that without Peart there should not, and very likely will not, be any Rush. But in case they would choose to go on with someone else, or if Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson would go on with a new band (I would expect with the idea of continuing the Rush tradition), who do you think would be a good new drummer? Perhaps if they were to continue with another name, they coul even experiment with some other musicians as well...

	Tough one...If under a different name then maybe Portnoy could sit in....I would also like to think Gavin Harrison as I think he has better rhythm than Portnoy and can play more intricate songs. His fills are pretty good and his demeanor fits with Geddy and Alex. Gavin has that jazz playing ability too, for some reason I think that is a huge plus.

	How about Mark Zondor (fates warning) then he is much more down to earth Just seems like a really nice guy and he has incredible skills and could do the job well. that's my second pick. But guys we are getting ahead of ourselves Peart hasn't made his exit official as of yet but if he does it doesn't have to be the end it could be the start of something new.
