Two great new instrumental groups come to UK

It seems that in instrumental music today, the lines between jazz, funk, rock and prog are becoming more and more blurred, and the best instrumental outfits are encompassing elements of several musical styles, without a clear leaning towards one.

The Funky Knuckles and Mark Lettieri Trio are two such bands; born out of the fertile scene in Dallas, Texas, and close assosciates of the world renowned Snarky Puppy, they have a technical and diverse styles and bring all sorts of flavour into their music. They're coming to the UK next week, playing together in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Brighton. Check out their tour previews below for a flavour of their sounds.
