Hi.
Timelight have a page in "Unsigned Band" section .Now they released their first album " Timelight " in 2016. I think they deserve to be in PA and I make a new thread for them in  "Suggest New Bands ..." section.
I give you some useful links : 


Their music is exact Progressive Rock (IMO) and their sub-genre is Crossover Prog.
