Looking at my highlights from the releases of the last six years, I come to realise I currently live in a great era for prog. Those albums listed below are very dear to me: Much more than the ones from the 70s. Not to diminish the importance of that golden era, but somehow I spent much more time listening to the albums (and some more from the 2000s) below then the 70s classics.
Phideaux Snow Torch Anathema Weather Systems Eclipse Sol Air Bartoks Crisis Sean Filkins War and Peace &Other Stories Devin Townsend Epilcloud Galahad Battle Scars Gallahad Beyond the Realms of Euphoria Rush Clockwork Angels Dream Theater - Dream Theater Spocks Beard Brief Nocturnes and Dreamless Sleep Bent Knee Shiny Eyed Babies Barock Project - Skyline Flying Colors Second Nature IQ Road of Bones

I haven't listened to nearly enough newer albums, but right now I'd probably say:
English Electric Pt. II (like it better than Pt. I)

I'm really still digging The Road of Bones by IQ. Also, last years Hooffoot debut on vinyl. Awesome and lots of very deep listening to play over and over and over again.
