I respect him hugely.   Like?   Not as sure.

I haven't heard a huge amount of his material, but I did like his trilogy Swordfishtrombones, Rain Dogs and Franks Wild Years.

Indeed. Impressed at how consistent his music has been throughout the years. While i don't find his earliest piano blues stuff anything to get overly excited about, i love his 80s stuff onward. Sworfishtrombones, Rain Dogs, Bone Marchine and Blood Money are just a few of his brilliant classics. He certainly found his own niche in the singer / songwriter world

I really enjoy his music. Haven't heard most of his albums, but I really dig Bone Machine, Alice, and Rain Dogs.
