I think its called Time. I also think its by an artist beginning with the letter M

I've tried googling the lyrics but had no joy

I think it was on a sampler CD from PROG magazine. But I can't find it on any of those that I have (I have kept probably about 60% of them)

It looks like I'm going to have to wade through all my issues of PROG to see if I can find it there
