Ragnarok from 1976, I'd say. I actually prefer Ragnarok.
If you liked the flute a lot, then maybe To The Highe$t Bidder from Supersister, as well. Sheshet from Israel is similar, maybe try out their one album. I love peaceful albums, so if you're looking for a relaxing ride, then try Nelson Angelo E Joyce (though that's MPB, a very different genre coming from Brazil) |

I'm a huge fan of Pekka Pohjola, but Jukka Tolonen (also great) has a jazz-style that is similar to Asia Minor.
So, maybe try Summer Games from Jukka Tolonen which is a simple, beautiful album. |

I think you might like Rousseau's first two albums, A Flower in Asphalt and Retreat

Asia Minor is really one of a kind. There are a lot of Camel influences but I assume you know Camel. You might find more recent albums by Bahraini group Osiris to have similarities. I'll think more about it and post if anyone else comes to mind.

Whilst not specifically about Asia Minor. DPRP's four part prog flute special might be of some interest.

The OP did mention flute, and I'll grant you the Harmonium album has plenty, but otherwise I find them very different. Asia Minor is much rawer and more intense

Maybe Vento Sul by Marcos Valle, one of my faves from him. Quite airy, insanely brilliant. Here's a track from it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2LABtr3pqc

Have you tried Sanhedrin's Ever After? It's one of those records that have been on my wishlist for years and for some reason I haven't bought yet. I gave it another listen on Youtube a couple weeks ago and it sounds like something that could interest you.
On the flute front, but with a very different sound, I can't help but recommend Gotic's Escenes. It's more on the symph/jazzy side of prog with folk touches, with melodies to die for (check for instance Historia d'una gota d'aigua) |
