Love both, but Trick is too light, VOTA is as dark as early Genesis.

Were they right or wrong? Hell a finer question never asked. I think they did good by themselves on Trick though.

Trick....Voyage is not one of my favorite Hackett solo albums, a bit too Genesis-y, but not as good as Trick.  Now if it was Spectral Mornings, well...
