Solo-wise I think Roy edges it - although Ian's solo output remains strong, but maybe a notch down from classic Tull. I do like TTAB2 amongst others. Roy's albums can be variable, but when he gets it right (such as Stormcock etc.) they do fly!

Yeah. All respect to Ian for his Yes-work, but come on, Roy is a few steps ahead when it comes to the solo releases, as you mentioned.
