The 5-Star Yes album over the 3-Star Red album, but it beats being Starless.

It looks like I already voted in this poll. My opinion hasn't changed though because it's still Yes for me. The title track to red is very repetitive and so that brings it down for me and so does the improv track. Also, while I think starless is overall a great track it gets a bit too frantic towards the end(to the point of sounding too chaotic). TYA, while not perfect has fewer flaws imo. Neither is really the best by either band though. I suppose TYA is special for me because it's the only Yes album (and prog album too for that matter) that my dad had when growing up so it became a reference point later when I got into the band via their poppish(but still very good) 90125 album.

My favorite Yes album versus my favorite King Crimson album.
I love both, but Red means more to me.

Porg for short. My love of music doesn't end with prog! Feel free to discuss all sorts of music with me. Odds are I'll give it a chance if I haven't already! :)

I'll cheat my way of this one and say both equally.

When you compare these albums to other albums in their own discographies. I would say is red is a more crucial album in king crimsons history than the yes album is in yeses history. And I do remember liking red more than the yes album so. Red gets my vote.
