TWISTED ILLUSION was originally formed in 2014 by frontman Matt Jones. The Manchester-based rock crew despatch a vastly riveting sound built around appealing guitar lines, vibrant drums, considered structures, and formidable vocals, TWISTED ILLUSION’s output and standard of musicianship are of the highest order. To date, the band have managed to independently cultivate a diehard fan base within the UK and into Europe and the USA. They have sold thousands of albums directly to fans, across five continents and over twenty countries—all without a label.
If you like the sophisticated musical arrangements of Rush and Toto, the cinematic soundscapes of Yes or Marillion and the melodic brilliance of Boston, then you’re going to absolutely love Twisted Illusion’s debut album ‘Temple of Artifice.’
