into the Electric Castle is an excellent album.

Judgement by Anathema is also a brilliant album. It was my introduction to Anathema

But it's an extremely close call. Images and Words, Individual Thought Patterns, Focus, Obscura, Divine Wings of Tragedy and a few others would be very close runner-ups... easily my favorite decade for prog metal

Unfolded Like Staircase above any other album here, being the only album in my top 5 outside the classic era.

Only Hybris would likely make my top 25 list of 90's albums. I would have expected IQ- Ever to feature on the list. That's in my top five albums of all time especially with the delightful 2018 remix by Mike Holmes. Echolyn - Suffocating The Bloom and Par Lindh Project - Gothic Impressions are also major 90's releases in my world.
