The four young New Yorkers that have formed In-Dreamview as well as their own solo and smaller lineup projects (Matt Stober, Made of Water, Mimes, WYXZ, Wippy Bonstack) here remain as a fully collaborating quartet as EYELESS OWL to record the compositions of Quinn Coniguliaro. Not sure where this all-instrumental music quite belongs as there are Post Rock elements, but it's really as if pop-jazzy renditions of an all-instrumental XTC-1980s KING CRIMSON collaboration were being expressed. One can definitely feel the overlap of influences between Matt Stober's songwriting and sound pallettes as well as Quinn's brother Ben's WIPPY BONSTACK style and melodic sense.

They have two albums that can be found on Bandcamp.com, the self-titled Eyeless Owl  (2020) and the new 2023 release (with the band's new Gentle Giant influences on display), Murmurations. I definitely think they belong here on PA despite what you think of Andy Partridge/XTC--probably in Crossover.
