..review an album by band not on Archives

sorry to (ab)use the forums for this, but i'd like to post 
a review of an album by a band that both seem not to 
have been included here as yet. i shall not disclose 
who it will be as of now, but i seem to be too daft to 
find a function on this page for posting an all new 
review. all i can find is how to post reviews to existing 
album threads. can anyone assist? thanks! 

btw: been a member since july and this is my very 
first album review so it had better be good
