BLUVERTIGO: PROG OR NOT PROG?

According to you BLUVERTIGO, Italian Band, are PROG or NOT PROG? Sincerely they have a lot of elements Prog in their music and is not easy to understand than you breed do. I would want a their one to seem because even if I have not not even a their album I saw some musical video and heard some their songs that have myself very confused!
