Chers Hamadryiens, chères Hamadryiennes,

              Je me retrouve avec l’odieuse tâche de vous annoncer cette triste 
nouvelle :

Comme vous l’avez probablement déjà deviné, la date de parution du 
nouvel album d’Hamadryad a été retardée… ENCORE UNE FOIS !

Non, Non, ne me lancez pas des tomates; ne tirez pas sur le messager.
Je vous jure que l’attente ne sera pas vaine, le prochain album sera…,
sera…, comme de la musique à vos oreilles ! (évidemment)
Sérieusement, j’ai eu le privilège d’entendre quelques pièces et, même 
si tous les arrangements ne sont pas terminées, c’est très très bon.  

Le retard, dans la production de l’album, est dû au manque de temps 
et le fait que nos amis ne tolèrent aucun compromis en ce qui touche 
la qualité du produit.  (Et oui pour notre plus grand bonheur et parfois 
notre malheur, les gars d’Hamadryad sont des perfectionnistes.  
Mais çà, vous le saviez déjà.)  La nouvelle date de parution se situe, 
en ce moment, autour de la fin avril, début mai 2005.

Les gars croient fermement qu’ils vont pouvoir préciser la date du 
lancement/concert de l’album très bientôt,…  Soit dans deux ou 
trois semaines, si tout ce déroule comme prévu.

Entre temps, un petit cadeau vous est offert pour vous remercier de 
votre grande et généreuse patience.  Pendant que vous patientez,

Dear  Hamadryians,

              I find myself with the odious task of announcing to you this sad news:

Like you probably already figured out, the date of release of 
Hamadryad’s upcoming album as been postponed… AGAIN ! 

No, no, please don’t throw me any tomatoes, don’t shoot the 
messenger.  I swear to you that the wait won’t be in vain, the next
album will be…, will be…, like music to your ears ! (of course)
Seriously, I had the privilege of listening to a few songs and,
even though all the arrangements are not completed, it’s very 
very good.

The delay, in the production of the album, is due to lack of time 
and the fact that our friends do not tolerate any compromise when 
it comes to the quality of the music.  (Yes for our greatest pleasure 
and sometimes our displeasure, the guys from Hamadryad are 
perfectionists.  But you already knew that.)   The new release date
is estimated, at this point, to be toward the end of April or the start 
of May 2005.

The guys strongly believe that they will be able to give a more 
precise date for the release/concert of the album real soon… 
Meaning in two to three weeks, if everything goes as planned.

Meanwhile, a small gift is offered to you in thanks of your great 
and generous patience.  While you are waiting download 
Hamadryad’s contribution to the Moody Blues tribute album:
A TRIBUTE TO THE MOODY BLUES produce by Mellow Records
In doing so, you will also be able to see the new “look” of the band 
(especially Francis’s new “look” J)

I don’t know the anticipated release date of this tribute album, but if you

You will also find a new wallpaper made of pictures taken during their
presence at the 2002 edition of the Baja Prog.
