News for fans of Atomic Rooster.

"Angel Air Records have unearthed a previously unreleased Atomic Rooster album.
Homework, which was 'passed on' by Polydor Records in the 1980's, is released on February 4, having been remastered by frontman John Du Cann."

This little news tidbit I read in the January issue of Classic Rock magazine.  I'm still listening to many of the other bands listed on this site. So I haven't made it to the Rooster section yet (any recommendations?)   Hope this is good news to their fans.

Aw, you got my hopes up with the title.  I was hoping for a reunion or something.  Rooster sucked by the late seventies.  I don't blame Polydor for passing it up.

Oh, if you're looking for some Rooster, In Hearing Of is the best, but Death Walks Behind You is orgasmic as well.

Most likely it won't be good. Headlines News from 83 stunk and so does this one  http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=6326

I'm not sure that we have them all in the database. I seem to remember an album in 77

Add to that Made In England and you've got the trilogy
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
