I have a question...and didn't feel like resurrecting the thread over at PE...has anyone seen the current Kayo Dot line-up and how are they?

I know the dates Mia posted are starting next week so don't give me that 'how should I know?' snideness...but I'm thinking of catching the NY Knitting Factory show...alas, I am dismayed by the inclusion (I think) of Time of Orchids' drummer; a band who holds the distinction (in this skull) of being the worst band I've ever seen live.  I guess what it boils down to: are they tight and show some level of musicianship?  'Go see and find out!' doesn't exactly help either as the pockets are looking pretty empty these days...

However, I do LIKE Kayo Dot as opposed to ToO...so I suppose if anyone could help, let me know!

I didn't realize the shirts were actually pink. Confused It's a good thing I like Kayo Dot more than my masculinity.

Yes, Dave Bodie from ToO is now drumming for Kayo Dot and he is just incredible. You can check out three songs from Blue Lambency Downward with our new live lineup on Youtube here:

My mom won't let me order the album until my 'school situation' is fixed. I was sick for a week and am 'behind' in science, but I can still do physics better than most of the kids in that class, they're still asking me for help. THERE'S NO "SITUATION"!!!! Angry If I don't fix it by Wednesday then no shirt for me.

I'm older than you and that means I am better and smarter and this is also why John McCain is the best man to be president because he is old and wise like Squanto except whiter and if Kayo Dot were so good then why didn't they run for president?
