    Hey... I'm from Seattle band called Joules. We're instrumental post-rock prog stuff, and we just put out our first album "Laser Cannon and Street Thunder". It's nine tracks recorded in one continuous take with no overdubbing... we' had to pause the recording for a few seconds to replace a broken string toward the end, but other than that, no other recording frills involved. 
You can hear a couple of the songs cut out of the whole on www.myspace.com/joules . 
Also, if you live in california and want to be really friendly, we are touring this summer and we're having trouble getting shows set up down there. We could trade shows if your band ever comes up here, but otherwise we'd really appreciate any help at all regarding where smaller prog friendly venues exist (if at all) or other like-minded bands you know of in california that might be willing to help us out. Thanks so much...
