Outre Mesure, french group from the city of Lille has its debut album out on the jazz/progressive label Great Winds

Their music is a kind of electric free-jazz, although being
well-constructed, getting close to Progressive rock and New Musics. No
doubt HENRY COW, SOFT MACHINE and Frank ZAPPA were main influences for
the quintet."
